Orange Sherbet Salad
1 6oz. pkg orange jello
2 c boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 11oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 20oz can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix jello and boiling water till dissolved. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Add oranges and pineapple and pour into a 2 quart dish. Chill 4 - 6 hours. Can add cool whip to top.
